Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers, demonstrating product application, and educating them on the benefits and use of beauty products;
Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools;
Perform product demonstrations and personalized consultations including makeup application and skincare recommendations;
Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and outreach;
Maintain the sales floor, signage, pricing, and assist with merchandise moves to ensure a seamless customer experience
