About the Role

We are seeking high-energy sales professionals who can take a consultative, relationship-driven approach to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

As an Account Executive, you own the full consumer relationship from the very first call through close. You will be on the front lines of our growth engine — working a high volume of generated inbound leads while executing a consistent outbound follow-up strategy. You are the first voice a prospect hears and the trusted advisor who guides them through their home search or sale.

This is not a one-call close. It is a consultative relationship built on trust, expertise, and consistent follow-through — and it starts from the very first conversation.

Job Duties

  • Work a high volume of warm, company-generated inbound leads, while executing a consistent outbound follow-up strategy.
  • Own the consumer relationship from first contact through close — you are both the first call and the trusted advisor throughout the journey.
  • Build rapport and deliver value quickly, gathering the key information needed to engage, and advance each lead effectively.
  • Run consultative discovery calls to deeply understand client goals, timelines, motivations, and readiness.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource at every stage.
  • Build multi-touch relationships with buyers and sellers over days, weeks, or months — nurturing without losing momentum.
  • Work toward securing signed buyer or seller agreements at the appropriate stage of the relationship.
  • Manage your pipeline with precision — tracking every interaction, follow-up, and outcome in the CRM.
  • Hit monthly, weekly or daily performance targets across conversations, nurture touches, agreements signed, and qualified agent transfers.
  • Stay current on local market trends, , and mortgage basics to speak with authority on every call.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume inside sales role or similar phone environment
  • Strong phone presence and a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly from the very first call.
  • Consultative sales skills — you ask the right questions, listen actively, and guide clients toward confident decisions.
  • Resilient, objection-handling mindset — you stay motivated, positive, and persistent through rejection.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously across phone, email, and text without losing quality or follow-through.
  • Strong CRM proficiency — clean data, real-time logging, and disciplined pipeline management are non-negotiable.
  • Coachable and growth-oriented — you actively seek feedback, apply it fast, and continuously raise your own bar.

Preferred

  • Real estate or mortgage experience — as a licensed agent, at a brokerage, or within a proptech or mortgage company (preferred; willingness to obtain a license a plus
  • Prior experience in high-volume outbound phone sales or in a sales-related role.
  • Experience coaching buyers/sellers or training others on consultative sales techniques.
  • High outbound dial motor — comfort and confidence maintaining 100+ calls per day without losing energy, quality, or focus, preferred.
  • Proven inside sales track record — 2+ years of consistent quota attainment in a consultative, high-volume sales environment, preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-touch, longer-cycle relationships — you know how to nurture without letting momentum die.
