Job Description As a Sr. Account Manager, Security Software at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the security software market. With extensive experience in account management and sales, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- 2+ years of experience in software sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the security software industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary range: $110,000–$140,000, with total compensation including incentive eligibility. This role is incentive eligible.
