Who You Are:
  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Energized by prospecting, networking, and closing deals
  • Driven by goals, competition, and uncapped earnings
  • Ready to make a real impact in a growing market
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven, documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
City Wide offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance — with real earning potential for those who execute.
  • Base salary:$80,000–$100,000
    + uncapped commissions
  • On-target earnings
    exceed $120K
