Job Title: Sales Operations & Field Support Associate
Location: Costa Mesa and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
Pay: $18–$20/hour + Performance Bonus Opportunities
Job Description: This role supports field sales teams with coordination, customer follow-ups, reporting, and operational execution. Ideal for individuals interested in both sales support and business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field team schedules and activities
- Assist with customer follow-ups and data entry
- Support sales reporting and tracking
- Travel between locations occasionally (driver preferred)
- Assist with operational tasks in office and field
Requirements:
- Driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work minimum 3 days per week
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
Compensation:
- $18–$20/hour
