Ark-Mgt is seeking a Sales Operations & Field Support Associate in Costa Mesa to support field sales teams with coordination, customer follow-ups, and operational tasks. This position offers flexibility between full-time and part-time hours, with a pay range of $18–$20/hour plus performance bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and must be able to work at least three days per week. Training and growth opportunities are also provided.
