Babyletto Brand
Babyletto is a modern nursery brand offering well‑made, consciously crafted, safe, and stylish furniture. With a “Feels Like You” approach, we serve DIY enthusiasts and high‑profile clients alike. We are opening our first brick‑and‑mortar location in Los Angeles, California, in September 2024.

Full‑time Sales Associate – Babyletto’s first retail location. This hourly position focuses on daily sales performance, client experience, and fostering relationships while representing Babyletto’s core values. Availability required for weekends and holidays.

• Provide exceptional service to every visitor.
• Welcome and educate clients about Babyletto’s design‑led products, services, and events.
• Create and process in‑store sales transactions.
• Deliver sales results and metrics.
• Assist in sales team mentorship.
• Engage existing and new clientele to build the store’s customer base.
• Collaborate with Store Management to develop individual selling strategies and track sales accountability.
• Apply empathy and problem‑solving to every customer interaction and escalation, advocating a “get‑to‑yes” mentality.
• Support daily store operations with display maintenance, opening, and closing functions.
• Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events.

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, baby, or design showrooms.
• Proven record of driving sales and results.
• Experience in shift supervision is a plus.
• Strong sense of personal style with a discerning eye.
• Passion for interior design and high‑end furniture.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• People‑and‑relationships driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a positive outlook.
• Ability to perform effectively on a sales floor—standing for long periods, kneeling, bending, and squatting.
• Capability to lift small to medium items up to 25 lb using proper techniques.
• Flexible schedule; available to work at least 3 days a week, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

California Pay Range
$20 USD – $25 USD per hour.
