As a New Equipment Sales Consultant for KONE in the Orange County area, you will proactively build relationships with architects, general contractors, and developers to ensure KONE solutions meet their needs and create value throughout the sales lifecycle. You will design complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system and collaborate with operations to determine ideal project categorization and site readiness expectations for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture professional customer relationships through excellent service.
- Sell innovative technological solutions and apply solution‑selling methodologies such as Sandler.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Use technological tools—including our CRM—to manage the sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement territory strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to learn and apply new technologies and sales methodologies.
- Self‑motivated and results‑focused with an appetite for continuous learning.
- Annual base pay range: $93,400 – $122,640 (dependent on qualifications and experience).
- Variable compensation: sales incentive based on achievement of sales targets.
