1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community.

• Enjoy meeting new people and building professional relationships
• Are confident in introducing yourself and representing a company in the community
• Stay organized while managing outreach, follow-ups, and partner relationships
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors
• Conduct in‑person visits to local businesses and referral partners
• Represent the company at networking events and community functions
• Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations
• Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity
• Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Report activity and results to leadership
