Overview

Provide personalized luxury retail service at South Coast Plaza, building and maintaining long-term client relationships while meeting sales targets. Deliver expert product knowledge and high-touch customer care to exceed individual KPIs. Support store presentation, inventory processes, and client outreach to drive business growth.

• Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Use CRM tools to record customer information and drive personalized client engagement.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and contribute to visual merchandising standards.
• Support shipping, receiving, alterations, and inventory control as needed.
• Promote store events and follow up on sales and client inquiries promptly.

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Experience with CRM and maintaining an accurate client book.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign language skills a plus.
