Client Advisor - Costa Mesa

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional luxury service at the Costa Mesa store. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships through outreach, appointments, and clienteling while maximizing transaction value. The Client Advisor also supports store operations, visual standards, and ongoing product knowledge development.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignment activity
• Develop new clients and nurture a loyal client following by informing clients of new collections and brand initiatives
• Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize each transaction
• Maintain and update client profile records and CRM information
• Support store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning, merchandise presentation, signage, and general maintenance
• Continuously sustain product knowledge through training and feedback

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Polished, professional appearance and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Availability to work closing shifts a minimum of 3 times per week, at least 3 Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the holiday season
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift packages weighing 5–8 lbs regularly
