Sales Executive

Role Overview

As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Executive will achieve sales targets directed by Management, develop a strong client database, and increase the frequency of shop visits. The role requires consistently providing each client with an exceptional experience and building lasting relationships through story‑telling and product knowledge. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the Boutique Team to optimize daily operations and maintain an exceptional boutique environment.

Sales Achievement

• Consistently achieve or exceed the monthly sales target.
• Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming boutique environment.
• Support after‑sales clients with helpful solutions in line with Maison values.
• Support e‑commerce clients and phone inquiries; schedule appointments and arrange correspondence.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
• Understand high‑jewellery pieces and the selling ceremony to build momentum towards sales achievement.

Client Relationship Management

• Utilize clientelling to cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships.
• Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
• Accurately capture client data for all prospects and clients.
• Consistently follow‑up with clients and use CRM tools to build relationships effectively.
• Appropriately resolve client issues and escalated matters.
• Support boutique and Corporate Team with in‑store and off‑site events, including community relationship development.

Daily Boutique Operations

• Understand and comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
• Assist with daily set‑up and breakdown of the boutique and communicate on maintenance issues.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts for successful audits.
• Assist with operational requests from Corporate Team as needed.
• Maintain visual integrity and brand standards for vitrines and boutique aesthetic.
• Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service.
• Computer proficiency:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with logistics and operations.
• Self‑starter with a team‑player approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
