• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow‑ups and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store‑specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• Report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
• Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
• Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
• Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

This position is also eligible for commissions on “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit” and/or bonus opportunities (“Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability”).

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
