Kinetic is building the modern service infrastructure for software-defined vehicles. Our technology-enabled service network helps repairers, insurers, and vehicle owners properly identify, repair, calibrate, and verify advanced vehicle systems.
Kinetic our cloud-hosted SaaS application used by insurance carriers and MSOs to automatically identify the ADAS and safety systems impacted during collision repair. The platform leverages AI to determine what calibration, programming, and repair operations are required, then correlates that work with the specific safety systems installed on each vehicle.
Kinetic already used daily by tens of thousands of claims adjusters and body shop estimators across the country, with multiple additional enterprise prospects actively piloting the software. As vehicles become more complex and ADAS-related repairs become more common, Kinetic quickly becoming an important decision-support tool for modern claims organizations.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help expand Kinetic s the U.S. and Canada.
About the RoleThis is a quota-carrying enterprise sales role focused on building and converting a pipeline of enterprise opportunities for Kinetic will identify prospects, build relationships with claims, innovation, auto physical damage, estimating, and procurement leaders, facilitate pilots, and help move prospects from initial interest to scaled deployment.
The right person is commercially hungry, organized, comfortable selling technical products, and able to manage a consultative enterprise sales process. This role will require a mix of outbound pipeline creation, conference networking, in-person meetings, pilot coordination, contract support, and cross-functional execution.
You will work closely with Kinetic's product, operations, and executive teams to bring new carriers onto the platform and create a repeatable sales motion for future deployments.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across the U.S. and Canada, including small regional, mid-market, and large national MSOs and insurance carriers.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers across claims, auto physical damage, estimating, innovation, procurement, and executive leadership teams.
- Develop outbound campaigns, conference follow-ups, referral channels, and account-based strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
- Attend insurance, collision repair, and automotive industry conferences to build relationships and create new sales opportunities.
- Travel to customer headquarters and regional offices to meet prospects, present Kinetic , and build executive and operational buy-in.
- Lead prospective customers through discovery, product education, ROI framing, pilot design, pilot execution, and deployment planning.
- Coordinate pilots with stakeholders, including claims teams, estimating leaders, IT, procurement, legal, and compliance.
- Work with internal product and implementation teams to ensure pilots are well-scoped, clearly measured, and set up for conversion into commercial agreements.
- Create and refine a repeatable playbook for moving prospects from initial meeting to pilot, from pilot to contract, and from contract to scaled usage.
- Partner with Kinetic's legal team and external counsel to support contract review, redlines, procurement processes, security reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Track all sales activity, pipeline stages, next steps, stakeholder maps, pilot status, and close plans in Kinetic's CRM.
- Develop sales materials, pilot proposals, ROI summaries, conference follow-up decks, and account plans.
- Gather market feedback from prospects to help inform product roadmap, pricing, packaging, implementation, and customer success priorities.
- Collaborate with Kinetic leadership on strategic accounts, pricing strategy, and key enterprise relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including demonstrated experience carrying a revenue quota and owning opportunities through negotiation and close.
- Experience selling SaaS, data products, insurance technology, automotive technology, claims technology, or other B2B enterprise software.
- Comfort selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, pilots, procurement reviews, legal reviews, and security requirements.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders while also managing operational details with day-to-day users and pilot teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain a technical product in a clear, business-oriented way.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many prospects, pilots, meetings, next steps, and internal work streams at the same time.
- Ability to travel regularly for conferences, customer meetings, and insurance carrier HQ visits.
