Ultimate Staffing -  - Responsibilities:
Territory & Customer Support:
Provide responsive support to customers and sales representatives while coordinating territory-related activities.;
Order Management & Processing:
Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy (product codes, pricing, BOM, commissions, etc.) and manage the full order lifecycle from quote through shipment by coordinating with internal teams.;
Quoting & Project Take-Offs:
Perform lighting take-offs from construction drawings and create drawing markups using Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat.;
System & Inbox Management:
Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, and use SAP and other internal systems to retrieve invoices, proformas, tracking information, packing slips, and other order documentation.
