This is a high-volume inbound call environment. Every person you speak with has already reached out looking for help with their debt. You are not chasing anyone. You are not cold calling. You pick up the phone and help people who are ready to be helped.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Lift Lending, you will be taking inbound calls from people who are actively looking for debt relief solutions. Your job is to listen, understand their situation, and guide them into a program that genuinely helps them. We handle all of the marketing. You focus on the conversations and the closes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Take a high volume of inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects throughout the day.
- Listen to each client's financial situation and present the right solution.
- Guide interested prospects through the enrollment process.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work toward and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Show up every day ready to learn, grow, and compete.
WE WILL TRAIN YOU TO:
- Understand the debt relief industry inside and out.
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Build instant rapport with clients over the phone.
- Close deals at a high level and build a book of successful clients.
- Become one of the top earners in the industry.

- In-person. Costa Mesa, CA.
- Must be able to commute to Costa Mesa before your start date.
Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
