• Proactively identify, develop, and manage U.S.
  
  -based customers with import demand from Vietnam.
• Report directly to the CEO and participate in developing business strategies and expansion plans for the U.S. market.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Vietnamese candidate currently residing and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by business growth and unlimited income opportunities.
• Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) plus an attractive commission scheme with unlimited earning potential.
• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely).
• Paid annual leave and public holidays (including both major U.S. holidays and Vietnamese public holidays).
