• Exceed personal sales goals and support continuous team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain store standards.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.
• Collect, update, and use client information to personalize future interactions.
• Engage proactively with clients to promote products and provide tailored assistance.
• Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work with store leadership to implement action plans and identify opportunities to optimize sales and operations.

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
