Sales Support Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics industry, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Pay Range: $24-$26/hr

Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM w/Half Hour Lunch (Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily customer and administrative activities supporting the sales team
• Communicate with vendors and customers via Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, and telephone
• Prepare quotations by working with vendors to determine costs and lead times
• Enter purchase orders using company MRP system and confirm orders with customers
• Support fulfillment activities including creating packing lists, export documents, and coordinating shipping

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree in a business discipline or relevant field OR 5+ years of related customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills and a problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Deep understanding of ERP and CRM systems, proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
