Our client, a leading luxury retailer
, is seeking a Luxury Timepieces and High Jewelry Sales Specialist to join the team at their South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa, CA
. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven luxury sales professional with strong watches and fine jewelry expertise, an established client network, and a collaborative approach to client development.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach, networking, and relationship management
- Drive sales through exceptional client service, product expertise, and personalized consultations
- Partner with boutique teams to identify and cultivate opportunities within the watches and fine jewelry category
- Acquire new clients through both boutique traffic and proactive business development efforts
- Support after-sales service, repairs, and ongoing client follow-up
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory control activities
- Serve as a category ambassador, sharing product knowledge and supporting team development
- Contribute to a collaborative, client-centric boutique environment focused on long-term relationship building
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience, with a strong focus on watches, fine jewelry, or high-jewelry categories
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing a loyal client base
- Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and business development skills
- Ability to cultivate new business while expanding relationships with existing clients
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a partnership-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and delivering a high-touch client experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client acquisition and retention
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
Pay: Up to $40/hr + commission
