Your Role:The Scientist, Process Analytical Support will collaborate with colleagues in Analytical Development, Process Development, and Quality Control to plan and execute product quality testing of biologics.
- Responsible for planning and executing analytical testing to support cell line, process, and formulation development.
- Demonstrate hands‑on technical leadership in the laboratory, oversee and delegate experimental/project responsibilities as needed, and write/review development summary reports.
- Apply the principles and techniques of Analytical Chemistry to biologics development.
- Advise Research Associates or members of project teams in the initiation and execution of laboratory experimentation, considering economic, regulatory and safety factors.
- Present results of work, interpret data, and draw conclusions regarding presented material and nature of work.
- Maintain full working knowledge of principles and theories, applying such knowledge to the direction that supports Company and clients' interests.
- Demonstrate emerging ability in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and interpreting experimental outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- B.S./M.S. in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of industrial experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability in competent execution and recording of scientific experiments.
- Proficiency with one or more of the following techniques: HPLC, spectrophotometry, SDS‑PAGE or capillary electrophoresis, IEF, ELISA, biological mass spectrophotometry, and/or Biacore.
- Experience in characterization of glycoproteins—specifically mAbs preferred.

This role is a full‑time onsite position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Must be available to work holidays, weekends, or extended hours when needed.
Compensation:We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance‑based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The compensation range for this role is $102,400 - $125,100 annually depending on experience and qualifications. PhysicalDemands & Work Environment:
In this dynamic role, expect a blend of regular activities like sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional physically engaging tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
