Job Description

As the Executive Protection Manager, you will be responsible for the safety and security of Anduril's executives and other high-profile individuals within the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Corporate Security, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive protection strategies tailored to individual risk profiles and the company’s specific needs.

Your Role

In this critical role, you will manage all aspects of executive protection, from risk assessment to secure transportation and event security. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external security partners to ensure seamless, low-profile protection operations that align with Anduril's commitment to safety and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute personalized protection plans for executives and VIPs, ensuring their safety during travel, at events, and in residence.

Conduct risk assessments and advance planning for all movements and appearances of protectees, identifying and mitigating potential threats.

Manage and coordinate executive protection details, including the selection and training of protection personnel.

Liaise with local, national, and international law enforcement and security agencies as needed for executive protection efforts.

Oversee travel security protocols, including secure transportation arrangements and emergency response planning.

Regularly review and update protection strategies to adapt to changing threat landscapes and executive preferences.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the protection program and protected individuals.

Provide training and awareness to executives on security best practices and situational awareness dissemination across the company.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection or related security roles.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing security teams and operations.

Preferred

Advanced training or certifications in executive protection, security management, or crisis response.

Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and protective security principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work discreetly and diplomatically.

Experience coordinating complex travel itineraries and managing logistical security challenges.

Ability to respond effectively to high-pressure situations and provide clear direction during crises.

Compensation:

US Salary Range

$114,000 - $171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
