Security Officer - Flex - Residential Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential apartment community.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying property management and/or emergency services as required by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.;
Monitor access points and common areas, verifying credentials when required, addressing resident and guest questions, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations per site guidelines.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, maintain accurate shift logs, and communicate key information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.
