Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or authorization, and directing visitors and deliveries per post orders;
Complete security-related reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate key information during shift briefings and/or handoffs
