Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, unauthorized access concerns and/or suspicious activity.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify credentials as directed by post orders and assist with visitor processing and/or contractor check-in.;
Complete shift logs, patrol documentation and incident reports with clear, timely details and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.
