Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual conditions, and communicate directions and/or information in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management
