Security Officer Building Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors and/or contractors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies and emergency response procedures at a commercial property.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, loading areas and parking areas, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity by verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, service calls and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed and providing clear direction to occupants.;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site representatives, and use security-related systems such as radios, cameras and access control as assigned.
