Security Officer

Position:
Full Time Day Shift Security Officer

We are seeking to fill a full time day shift security officer position.

• Perform access control for all entry and exit points.
• Conduct routine patrolling of the perimeter, interior, and exterior of the property.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents and follow standard operating procedures.
• Complete written reports and other administrative requirements assigned by the Security Office.
• Enforce club policies and engage in security training.
• Document daily activities and maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of security work experience in a professional setting.
• Guard card required.
• Experience in performing technical procedures and completing reports.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Dedicated to quality service.
• Familiarity with security policies and procedures.
• Ability to assess and react quickly to emergency situations while maintaining composure.
• Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step procedures.
• Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.
• Use technology to process information, improve security, and communications.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Detail-oriented focus.
• Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED.

The starting pay range for this position is $17.36 - $23.13.
