Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions to guests;
Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical room equipment;
Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines and carry equipment as needed;
Identify shut-off valves and utility shut-offs; maintain inventory and requisition parts;
Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout when performing maintenance
