The Company started as a boatyard in Newport Beach, named "Boatswain's Locker" after a deck officer's equipment storage locker. The company has evolved into a major wholesale supplier and service company for engine room related products in the marine engine market.

Today Boatswain's Locker (pronounced “Bosun’s”) is headquartered in Costa Mesa and employs approximately 30 employees. The company's growth, expansion, and future focus places it in the forefront of the marine industry. W e have supplied and supported premier marine products to boat builders, dealers, and end-users of recreational, commercial, and government boats throughout Western North America, Hawaii, and Mexico.
