Salary

Current: $107,700 - $144,348 annually

Effective April 2026: $109,872 - $147,240 annually

The Position

Under limited direction, oversees the City’s community outreach and case management efforts, oversees operations of the City’s Bridge Shelter and its commercial kitchen; coordinates with community donors, volunteers and performs related duties as required.

The Community Outreach Supervisor is responsible for applying specialized knowledge, skills and abilities in oversight of day‑to‑day shelter operations and community outreach and case‑management efforts involving individuals experiencing homelessness. This position is responsible for exercising direct and indirect supervision over assigned full‑time, part‑time and contract personnel. Work is performed under the direction of the Neighborhood Improvement Manager.
