Software Architect, Software Engineer
Arsenal
OS is Anduril's unified production systems platform — the digital backbone for our manufacturing operations spanning PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems. In the Arsenal
OS future state, users will not experience the lifecycle as disconnected silos. A design change will propagate into the bill of materials, planning systems, work instructions, quality workflows, and supplier-facing systems with minimal lag. A production issue will immediately surface to the teams responsible for design, manufacturing, supplier performance, and sustainment. Field signals will flow upstream fast enough to influence the next build of a product, not the next quarterly review.
Arsenal
OS will turn the Build Chain into a continuous learning system.
We are looking for an experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join the Arsenal
OS PLM team. As a PLM Software Engineer on Arsenal
OS, you will be architecting and implementing mission-critical Teamcenter customizations, integrations, and solutions that enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale.
This is not a traditional "maintain legacy PLM" role. We want builders. As a member of Arsenal
OS PLM, you will help architect and develop next‑generation Engineering Backbone from the ground up — integrating CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems into scalable modern platforms. You’ll be developing custom ITK services, SOA integrations, Active Workspace customizations, and enterprise integrations that serve engineering teams across multiple product lines. We spend time with engineering teams, then provide solutions for the challenges they face managing product data, BOMs, change management, and configuration management.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, deeply technical Teamcenter Software Engineer who thrives in fast‑moving, green‑field environments. You combine strong software engineering foundations with Teamcenter expertise, while avoiding the "this is how PLM has always been done" mindset. We value curiosity, speed, ownership, clean architecture, and pragmatic execution over heavyweight process or legacy baggage.
Areas of Comfort- Teamcenter internals and workflows
- APIs and distributed systems
- CI/CD and cloud‑native architecture
- Integration patterns and event‑driven services
- Data modeling and scalable engineering platforms
- Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for Arsenal
OS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace) - Build high‑performance integrations between Teamcenter and other Arsenal
OS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD) - Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction
- Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability
- Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high‑quality code contributions
- Leverage frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development and serve as a model for how the team should work at speed
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams
- Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move quickly from concept → prototype → production
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
- 3+ years of hands‑on Teamcenter development experience including:
- ITK (Integration Toolkit) development in C/C++
- BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) data modeling and customization
- SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) services and handlers
- Active Workspace (AWC) customization and development
- Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration
- Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#
- Experience with modern software development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, code review
- Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools (Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and ability to leverage…
