Our client is seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Application Manager to lead and support mission‑critical customer service platforms within a highly visible enterprise environment. This role will oversee Agile engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while also supporting operational stability, production support, and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong Salesforce development background combined with leadership experience managing high‑performing engineering teams in fast‑paced environments.

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Location: Hybrid – Costa Mesa, CA or Coppell, TX (3 days onsite)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140,000–$190,000 annually

• Lead and mentor multiple Agile engineering teams responsible for Salesforce application delivery, support, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee Salesforce Service Cloud development efforts, including architecture, integrations, Lightning development frameworks, and platform best practices.
• Support production operations and participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and service restoration activities for critical enterprise systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to prioritize initiatives, improve platform capabilities, and drive operational excellence.
• Help drive engineering productivity, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled development capabilities across the organization.

• 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including strong expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Prior Salesforce development background with experience supporting engineers and technical delivery teams.
• Experience leading high‑performing engineering or application support teams within enterprise environments.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, highly visible environments requiring strong communication, production support aptitude, and technical leadership.
