Role Overview

The Sr. Software Quality Analyst/Test Engineer is responsible for test specification development, test environment design, and execution of testing activities. This role contributes to evaluation of system designs, analysis, testing, and management of validation projects while developing product validation solutions for current and future programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in highly visible projects.
  • Analyze requirements and provide QA estimates.
  • Participate in sprint planning and estimation.
  • Provide quality metrics for projects.
  • Develop milestones, checkpoints, and quality criteria.
  • Create test plans and test strategies.
  • Review testing coverage including unit, functional, performance, stress, load, and acceptance testing.
  • Plan and schedule testing milestones and project tasks.
  • Ensure development activities meet quality standards through testing and issue tracking.
  • Track, document, and communicate defects and risks.
  • Support both automated and manual testing initiatives.
  • Meet project deadlines and delivery objectives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, test engineering, quality assurance, or test management.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and quality engineering best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise application testing and validation.
  • Relevant QA or software testing certifications preferred.
Salary

Salary range: $96,550 - $138,061
