Junior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Investigate operational issues and perform root‑cause analysis
• Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity
• Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes
• Continuously identify opportunities to make systems and ensure operational excellence
• Communicate effectively with Korean‑speaking clients (automotive OEMs) and bridge with team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communications and inter‑personal skills
• Fluency in Korean (required due to client communication needs)

• Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, or similar
• Interest in connected vehicles, telematics platforms, or technology operations in the automotive industry

Salary Range:

$60,000 for Bachelor’s degree candidates and $70,000 for Master’s degree candidates
