Location:
California. Requires in-office presence 1-2 days per week with hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be U.S. residents per CMS TDL 190275 and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings.
- Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a list of final enhancements; define application scope and objectives; prepare technical and functional specifications.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Ensure unit tests meet the test plan, conduct system testing and implement system per plan.
- Assess current status and support data information planning.
- Coordinate on-call support and ensure effective system monitoring.
- Maintain technical development environment.
- Mentor others and lead multiple or small to medium sized projects; facilitate group sessions for complex information, design, code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Support vendor evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience with multi-dimensional platform, business and technical applications (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Must be a U.S. resident for at least three of the past five years (CMS TDL 190275).
- ICM Case Manager development and strong familiarity with IBM Case Manager components.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing and implementing business processes and interfaces using IBM Case Manager, JavaScript, Dojo, and Java.
- Custom functionality development within File Net, ICM and IBM BAW (custom widgets, interfaces).
- Python development and integration with IBM Case Manager and File Net.
- In-depth understanding of IBM Case Manager architecture and customizations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP/Java integrations.
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle and SQL.
- Exposure to scripting technologies and JavaScript frameworks.
- Build tooling experience - Maven, Ant, source code management with Git and Bit Bucket.
- Agile development environment, preferably SAFe.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Strong communication, documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary range: $140,116 - $210,174 (California). Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan and 401(k) contribution. Additional benefits are subject to eligibility and may vary based on location, experience and seniority.
