- Provide effort estimates, identify technical dependencies, and communicate risks or delivery concerns proactively.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Support release planning, deployment, implementation, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams, external vendors, and Guidewire support.
- Develop reusable components, technical standards, and delivery accelerators.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the broader delivery team.
Required Qualifications

- Strong experience developing Claim Center integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging, batch-processing, and plugin frameworks.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, XML, JSON, SQL, and web-service technologies.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance and the end-to-end claims lifecycle.
- Experience with claims functions such as coverage verification, exposures, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation, litigation, and claim closure.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
