The outbound shipping dock is a critical bottleneck in the fulfillment process, where our team ensures millions of packages are loaded onto trucks before dispatch cutoff times. The role is physically demanding and requires working with large semi-trailers and heavy pallets.

• High-Volume Fluid Loading: Build"walls" of boxes inside empty semi-trailers, lifting, twisting, and stacking packages to fit the trailer’s ceiling and keep the load stable during transit.
• Heavy Material Handling: Operate manual pallet jacks and powered walkie‑riders to transfer massive, shrink‑wrapped pallets from staging lanes into outbound trucks.
• Yard & Dock Safety: Enforce the "Circle of Safety," ensuring all trailers are locked to dock doors, secured with glad‑hands and wheel chocks before entry.
