The Warehouse & Logistics Associate plays a key role in the backend operations powering Dialed Labs and Dialed Moods. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing products and materials with a focus on accuracy, safety, and speed. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a team‑oriented culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damage or defects.
Organize and inventory incoming products, raw materials, and components.
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders to meet fulfillment timelines.
Move, stack, and label boxes, sometimes up to 70 lbs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times.
Communicate regularly with inventory managers, operations team, and leadership.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training and certification available if not certified).
Assist with special projects including kitting, display preparation, event load‑outs, and seasonal warehouse initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping, or receiving preferred.
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs safely and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail; ability to accurately track inventory and process shipments.
Team-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate effectively.
Forklift certification is a plus, but not required (training provided).
Willingness to adapt and assist with various operational tasks as needed.

COMPENSATIONHourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
