Warehouse Worker
This role involves supporting the setup and operation of a new warehouse by safely lifting, moving, packing, and labeling products. You will work as part of a small team to ensure inventory is handled accurately and efficiently during daily warehouse operations.
5am to 2:30pm
$19/hr
Contract - 6 - 8 weeks
Responsibilities- Lift, carry, and move products weighing at least 50 pounds safely and consistently throughout the shift.
- Load, unload, and relocate products within the warehouse to support daily operations and the setup of the new facility.
- Pack products securely according to guidelines to prevent damage during storage and transport.
- Label boxes, pallets, and products accurately to ensure proper identification and tracking.
- Pick products from designated areas based on instructions or order requirements.
- Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing inventory, tidying work areas, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety practices at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet operational timelines.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly and safely.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Experience with lifting, packing, labeling, and general labor tasks.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift.
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning start times.
- Attention to detail when labeling and handling products.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with picking and packing in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with basic production or fulfillment processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.

WorkEnvironment
This is a first-shift role with a 5:00 a.m. start time. You will work in a warehouse environment that involves regular lifting, moving, and handling of products. The setting includes typical warehouse conditions such as concrete floors, shelving, pallets, and active material handling throughout the day. The work is physically demanding and requires being on your feet for most of the shift.
Appropriate work attire should be practical and suitable for manual labor in a warehouse, such as closed-toe footwear and comfortable clothing that allows safe movement.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
