Part Time Video Project Coordinator

We’re searching for a part-time (20-30 hours/week)
Video Project Coordinator to support a high-performing in-house creative team and its Project Manager. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping projects, people, and timelines on track, this could be the role for you! This ongoing contract role is remote first with the need to be on-site for shoots.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes making sure all the details are handled. You’ll work closely with the Project Managers to coordinate video projects from intake through final delivery, helping manage timelines, assets, workflows, meetings, and communication across the creative and production teams.

You understand how creative work gets done and know that strong organization can make all the difference. You’re proactive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and quick to follow up when something needs attention. • Support the Project Manager in coordinating video projects from intake through final delivery
• Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, tasks, and status updates in Wrike
• Coordinate meetings, production check-ins, post-production reviews, and project follow-ups
• Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to keep work moving
• Assist with project intake and ensure necessary information and assets are gathered
• Maintain organized project documentation, SOPs, and workflow resources
• Support asset management, server organization, footage intake, and version control
• Coordinate communication between creative, video, production, and other internal partners
• Proactively flag timeline issues, missing information, or potential roadblocks to the Project Manager
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall team efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, video production, or a similar role
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, video, or production projects
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Experience using Wrike or similar project management tools;
  Wrike experience highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across creative, technical, and operational teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach
• Familiarity with video production and post-production workflows is a strong plus
