Out of School Time Site Support Specialist (OST) – District Wide. Full‑time, year‑round position. Work hours will vary based upon program and site needs; may be needed to open (6:15 am) and/or close (6:00 pm) School Age Care programs. Occasional evenings and weekends for special events. Compensation starting at $63,882. Anticipated start date August 2026. Available for application until filled.

POSITION SUMMARY- Oversee and support a cluster of elementary school OST programs.
- Support daily programming by working directly with students as well as providing inclusion support for students with additional needs.
- Offer training resources and support to Kids Club Supervisors and site staff.
- Oversee and support year‑round programming (School Year, Non‑School Days (NSD) and Summer).
- Full‑time, year‑round.

- Oversee and support a cluster of elementary school OST programs. Provide day‑by‑day support and training resources to Kids Club Supervisors. Hours will be adjusted as required to provide site support during program hours. Work directly with students to cover ratio. Oversee and support Non‑school Day & Summer programming.
- Serve as special needs site support under the guidance of the Inclusion Coordinator. Mentor, coach and support site staff when working with challenging behaviors following program, district, state and federal guidelines. Recommend, support implementation of and monitor accommodations and modifications. Work with families, school day staff, site staff and Inclusion Coordinator through the inclusion process. Support documentation, reporting, confidentiality and mandated reporting processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between OST programs to increase participation. Help to develop new programs which integrate all services. Support low enrollment schools to develop program options that intentionally braid services and support student/family needs. Support roster distribution and OST program attendance needs implementing safe sign‑in/out practices. Serve as site lead for summer various OST programs.
- Facilitate facility use collaboration for OST programs. Work with school day staff, OST staff, facilities team and custodians to help secure space for OST programs. Serve as the first point of contact to resolve OST space use needs.
- Facilitate positive relationships between school day staff and OST programs to align behavior practices, activities with SIPs, personalization strategies and other supports. Attend school meetings as able.
- Ensure that all safety training and drills are implemented at each site. Ensure that all site health and safety practices including medication intake/distribution practices are followed per district and state requirements. Verify that all health and safety records, crisis plans, student health plans, unauthorized pick‑up lists, immunization records and other safety records are completed, filed and up‑to‑date. Enact and support OST program safety procedures in collaboration with other OST program staff.
