Role Description

We are seeking a Production Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Cottage Grove, MN. As a Production Engineer, you will manage production processes, implement efficient workflows, and ensure product quality. Key responsibilities include production planning, troubleshooting, optimizing manufacturing operations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. This role demands a proactive approach to solving technical challenges and improving productivity in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
  • Experience with Quality Control processes and implementations
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of medical device manufacturing and regulatory requirements is a plus
