POSITION SUMMARYLocated at our Door division in Cottage Grove, MN location, the person in this position would be responsible for starting up, running, and shutting down the paint line to produce the highest quality product every day. Applicants should have a strong desire to grow in this role. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing products for painting
- Performing periodic product quality checks
- Supporting the production associates and assisting with product as able
- Seeking to deliver highest quality finished product every day
- Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of equipment and general production as needed
- Performing final inspection and packaging of painted products
- Performing other tasks as assigned by leadership

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior painting/staining experience is beneficial, but not required
