Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment managed by regional business entities.

• Perform emergency and routine repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and structures at the site locations. May perform routine preventative maintenance on mobile equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of plant and mobile equipment.
• Assist in various projects at the plant locations to ensure production is maintained.
• Maintain the appearance of the plant and yard area using general housekeeping practices.
• Perform assignments outlined by supervisors and follow standard procedures; work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and customers served.
• Safely perform maintenance activities to ensure plant efficiency.
• Perform other duties as time permits or as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communication, continual improvement, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

  Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent equipment operation skills.
• Travel Requirements: N/A

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and properly use Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
