We are currently looking for an experienced
Press Brake Operator
to join our manufacturing team at our
Minneapolis
facility. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and looking for a stable, long-term position in a modern manufacturing environment, we want to meet you.

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for shaping steel sheets according to technical specifications for the manufacturing of steel doors and frames. Your main responsibilities include:

• Set up and program press brake equipment according to work orders and specifications
• Install, adjust, and change tools based on bending requirements
• Perform bending operations while following precise instructions and safety standards
• Ensure dimensions and bending angles meet production requirements
• Inspect bent parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical drawings
• Perform regular inspections and basic preventive maintenance on press brakes
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers

Your work will directly contribute to:

• Production efficiency and continuous improvement
• The quality, consistency, and durability of our steel doors and frames

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
• Ability to regularly lift, handle, and move loads of
  50 lbs or more
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Physical stamina to safely operate machinery and handle materials

• Position:Permanent, full-time
• Schedule:Day shift
• Hours:40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (possibility of overtime)
• Salary:From$20.00/hour up to $26.18/hour
• Shift premium:Applicable where relevant

• Minimum5 years of experience
  as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
• Hands-on experience with
  Trubend 5130, Salvagnini P2, and/or Bystronic Xpert Pro
  press brakes
• Strong knowledge of metal materials, particularly steel, and bending techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience using hand and precision tools
• Reliability, versatility, and a strong work ethic
