Andersen Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I (ETD3/4, 2nd Shift) in Cottage Grove, MN. You will lead a team in a value stream, driving safety, quality and productivity improvements while coaching and developing staff.
The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, plus experience with continuous improvement and lean practices. A degree is preferred;
