North Star Sheets is hiring a Production Associate for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in Cottage Grove, MN. You will operate machines, input data, assist in the control room, and support the team with lifting up to 50 lbs. The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to read a tape measure.
Pay rate is $20.50 per hour, with shift differentials: $1.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift. Overtime, weekly team meetings, and opportunities for growth are available.
