POSITION SUMMARYLocated at our Cottage Grove, MN location, the person in this position would assist with assembly of exterior doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assemble custom entry doors by following standard work instructions
- Work as a member of a team to Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assembly of exterior doors
- Work with warehouse and shipping associates making sure you have the right materials and entry door units are arriving in shipping on time
- Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of assigned work area
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE- High School diploma/GED required
- Carpentry experience required
- Experience working with blueprints
- Experience with power tools
- Strong communication skills
- Safe working practices
- Natural detail-orientation
- Ability to accurately read orders and assembly to customer specifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day

Minnesota Hourly Range
$22 - $24 USD
