Renewal by Andersen is currently hiring a Production Team Member for its 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.). Pay starts at $23.81 per hour and includes competitive base pay, generous benefits, a Fit for Work Program, daily pay options, and opportunities to transform homeowners’ lives.

- Follow procedures, Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications
- Support employee engagement activities
- Follow defined clean‑up times
- Engage in cross‑training to maintain flexibility and adaptability for resource planning
- Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and Standardized Work
- Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other material handling equipment as required
- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
- Participate in defining and improving standard work
- Identify problems and communicate issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors
- Support a respectful workplace
- Perform other duties across the plant as directed by supervision or management
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform repetitive motion tasks, and stand for long periods
- Ability to read and understand reports and willingness to cross‑train on several operations
- Dependability and punctuality
- Preferred: candidates with manufacturing experience

Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
